Why does one of my fellow partners dislike me? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey, I hope you're all have a nice day and hopefully have the day off.
I just need some advice regarding a fellow partner I work with.
I can't help but shake off a strong feeling that they dislike me, and I'm fairly positive I've never done or said anything to her that would warrant her not wanting to interact with me.
She's always super talkative with everyone but with me she barely ever says anything to me and attempts to be friendly and converse with her usually ends with her ignoring me
I struggle with severe anxiety so these kinds of situations make me feel like an even more horrible person
Any advice?

Ive had the same. Just stay nice say hi and bye, maybe it will change overtime, maybe it wont. And if it doesnt that doesnt matter. Remember to see everyone as a potential friend but the main reason you're there is to earn money. Im sure there are other partners you can have fun with. And also remember if they were to quit tomorrow you wouldnt even see most of them anyway so dont stress about it too much.

Maybe she’s known the other partners longer and is more comfortable with them. I’m sure it’s not your fault at all and she’ll be more friendly with you soon.
