So I’ve been wth Starbucks about 4 months now and when I first started there were mass walkouts to where we had 3 people to man a grocery store kiosk. That happening also bumped me to assistant/backup and i certified as a barista and barista trainer within 2 months of starting. Now I’m doing management training and I’m excited don’t get me wrong, but man I feel overwhelmed sometimes!! Has anyone else had something similar happen? Have any tips for me?
