Does anyone know how to check customers beverage score for a stores previous month

I think so, my store is doing this Bingo thing and one of the spaces says to show your GM beverage scores from the previous month. No one in the store not even my GM knows how to look it up...

You said 'GM'. Do you work in a licensed store?

If not, all SSVs, ASMs & SMs can look up the Customer Connection & Store Operations scores in DC.
​
Some of the things rated are 'speed of service', 'store cleanliness', and 'beverage quality'.
​
Go onto the BOH computer, log onto the hub, DC is a few options down from IMS & Taleo on the left side.
​
If not, all SSVs, ASMs & SMs can look up the Customer Connection & Store Operations scores in DC.
