I’m also 98% sure fraps are not part of the competition. It’s all about coffee and espresso.
And if you haven’t made a drink before then you weren’t trained properly. Multiples of different drinks are made during training

One of my partners was brand new and hadn’t been on bar hardly at all last year but we had him join in anyway for our store competition. We were pretty sure who would win because our one senior partner has been to regionals before. Talk to your store manager or someone awesome on bar. You may not win but it could still be fun.

You should’ve learned that during your training when you got hired

You weren't trained right look for something else on indeed.

Last year my district had us barista champions make the following drinks: blonde vanilla latte, flat white, coconut milk mocha macchiato. Also how to properly do a pour over.

Someone didn’t train you right if you’re only able to make lattes.
Also, frappes are McDonald’s. Not Starbucks.
Also also, Frappuccinos aren’t that difficult. If your trainer actually did their job OR you do yours, you’d know this.
And one last thing. Frappuccinos aren’t part of the championship. Latte art gets you extra credit but not required. You’re required to know basic coffee knowledge, how to sequence and read drinks, and how you make them.
You’re gonna need a new job. And start apologising to your fellow “partners” at your store, since it seems you don’t have a single clue on how to work there.
