If you’re a regular customer, any sort of small gift will be appreciated. Gift cards are nice, but my favorite gifts are when customers bring me things they know I like. I make small talk with some regulars about our football teams, and one of them bought me a hat with my team’s logo on it. You can’t always do that, but it’s an example.

Also! If you bring in a box of donuts in the morning your baristas will love you for life. 👍🏻

Well, just a cake or a bouquet of flowers they would appreciate. :) means a lot to us baristas.

There's a store close to mine that is closing soon too :( I blame the wonky construction... anyhoo how about taking candid photos of your team and printing them out somewhere and giving each partner a few photos to hang onto as small mementos?
