Hey guys!
I'm new to Starbucks and my manager has really allowed me to go crazy with arranging our merch since I have previous sales experience. He also let's me make signs when I have time. I am curious if any experienced baristas have any tips and tricks so I can up my game more. I've already been pleasantly shocking my SM with my arranging skills, just want to keep surprising him.

Sometimes to spice things up I’ll take a small wire basket and place merch in it and put it next to the register so we can up-sell, plus it gets more attention if it’s nearby where you’re paying so you can’t just walk by without looking at it
