So we have this lady named Katherine that’s comes in and she is EXTREMELY rude and hard to please. She usually mobile orders 3 mins before she gets there and she gets really upset if it’s not up and ready as she walks in the door. Anyways so last week she came in and she forgot to hit send on her order and she proceeded to yell at me and my shift for not having her order ready as well as kept repeating “I HAD A MOBILE ORDER” every time we spoke...My shift handled it really well because she’s amazing and she politely asked to see the order and told her to send it thru so we could get the stickers for it. Katherine got so angry, she slammed her phone down onto the counter to show her order and cracked her entire iPhone screen. Not gonna lie, I had to relieve myself from bar so I could laugh. It was a great day.
