okay maybe it’s just me getting annoyed at the little things....but it really bothers me when ppl say shots instead of pumps when talking about syrups...(ex: “4 shots of vanilla instead of 4 pumps of vanilla) or vice versa. It confuses the baristas or greenbeans in the drive thru especially when ppl come thru w large trucks and refuse to turn them off so all we hear on the headsets are customers say the word “shots” and “vanilla” and your ridiculously loud engines, not to mention the extra feedback from the highway (I work at a highway store it’s busy asf) this is just an fyi for those who do say it lol this might be a reason for them getting your drink wrong. THEY CAN’T HEAR YOU AND YOU ARE SAYING IT WRONG!!!! it’s all love tho....
