so there’s a regular customer at my store that comes through the drive thru all the time, is super rude, drives away after spitting her order out before we say anything, and has called me and other partners idiots on multiple occasions. Today she wanted to see if she could get a receipt from her reload from her last visit. Our receipt printer had been broken the day before, my other coworker on window told her that she may have to come inside since it might take longer to find. She then asked for the name of the person that helped her the day before, and when my coworker told her his name, she said and I shit you not, “huh that’s an ugly name for an ASIAN guy” and refused to come inside for her receipt from the day before and that it was a “waste of time”. I cannot explain how rude and evil this woman is. I almost want to report this but not sure how.

Moral of the story is that the next time she comes through the drive thru I am not taking her order and the rest of my store boycotts this sour woman.
