It’s going to be a lot of “Give me a time when you had to make a tough choice and why did you make it?” Or “Think back to a time when you dealt with a difficult customer in past jobs, what did you do?” Answer honestly and make sure you directly answer the questions. Don’t veer off into random tangents unless they are applicable. When I was working towards a promotion I sat in on interviews and those were the type of questions. Also be honest and say you would really like to work here, ask questions about the company, say you’re looking to move upward in the company and see yourself advancing to the next level with them. Biggest thing is they want someone who’s long term, not someone who wants a job for a few months!

Look up the mission of the store. Talk about how you like coffee and customer's, creating a "connection"...is a big Sbucks policy.

Dress professionally, show up 10 minutes early for the interview, do a little research on the company and ask yourself why do you want this job, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what's your biggest strength and what's your biggest weakness.

If they ask can you work different shifts answer yes, and if you get the job always be punctual.

These are possibly some of the questions they'll ask you.

Good luck.

The other comments are spot on, the only thing I’d add is that you’re trying to show them that you’ll be a capable employee that they’d like to have on the team! Customer connections are important, so make sure you show that you’re pleasant to talk to. You’ll be learning a lot of routines, tasking cycles, and drinks, so make sure you seem interested and ready to learn. Good luck!
