Ok so is there a special trick to get the stupid thiccc shortbread sauce out of the container? My store has tried running it under hot water and poking a hole in the bottom of the jug, but it’s still such a hassle. Curious if anyone has found something that’s sorta helpful(self.starbucksbaristas)

I soak the whole thing in hot water for like a minute or two

We leave outs in hot water for a few minutes.

We’ll try it! Thanks for the recommendation!

We basically leave it on top of the ovens until we need it but it’s a very thick sauce so I always make sure to melt it with the espresso before pouring the milk in. Either stir with a metal spoon or just twirl the cup a bunch

Omg swirling with espresso sometimes doesn’t melt it enough to mix lol it’s frustrating. I always suggest it works best as a frap (that’s also my personal opinion on the drink itself as well)

I make a big hole in the bottom, pour some out from there and then pour out the top. But it has to be a pretty decent sized hole. Honestly worst sauce ever.

Honestly tho, I wish it came with a pump like the toasted white mocha but NOOOOO same with the protein butters awhile back, fuck that almond butter

We cut it open and use a big spoon to transfer from bottle to the PSL container

Either put the whole thing in a cube of hot water or squeeze out a little and then add just a lil hot water and shake vigorously. I get flack for the second one but seriously it doesn’t make an overall difference and pours waaaaay better

Thank you!! I’ll relay the information, we’re gonna try all the things on this thread

We usually just cut the entire top part of the bottle off and pour that thicc boi in the container. It seems to be the easiest so far 🤙

I was just recently told by my supervisor that since there's milk in the shortbread ✌🏼syrup✌🏼 whatever it is pudding syrup lol but anyways heating it up causes bacteria to form so they dont want us too warm it up at all... sigh we just suffer and have been trying other ways lol like scoop it out with a spoon.

My store throws it in the Hobart before pouring it into the container. Works great 😊
