I have a regular who comes in and gets an iced green tea with mocha. I starred at the cup for a solid 20 seconds and confirmed with the guy twice that’s what he wanted.
Anyone else have any nasty drinks you’ve had to make for a customer?

ok that actually doesn't sound too bad. Because apple juice + milk is p good (see: whip on caramel apple spice) and chai with apple juice is pretty good, so idk

That’s true. I’ve never really liked chai, and the chunky milk grossed me out, but I could see the taste being good.

I had this one customer order a Serious Strawberry Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso and one scoop matcha. Oh and also topped with cold brew whipped cream 🤢

The drink was literally a muddy brown and looked so gross. But he enjoyed it 🤷‍♀️ lol

I have a couple that mobile orders two of these every day:
Venti ultra caramel, add 4 shots, 4 pumps white mocha, 4 pumps toffee nut, 6 pumps dark caramel, 6 frapp chips, 6 vanilla bean, extra caramel drizzle, extra mocha drizzle, 2 affogato

They don’t even fit in the cups 😑

One guy ordered an americano, the thing was, is that he wanted 20 shots of espresso in it. Handed him the cup and said here’s your cup heart attack, made his day apparently😂

Someone wanted a mocha frapp, with no base, no milk, no sweetener, double blended. It was mocha, and ice. It looked like poop. And she got mad saying it was wrong. YES IT WAS WRONG

I have a regular who orders a venti iced white mocha, with 17 pumps of white mocha, extra ice. The problem is that the 17 pumps brings it to the top line on the cup, at which point she says “don’t swirl the espresso in it.” So I put the shots in, then literally add a drop of milk, and put ice in there. She then promptly sticks a straw in and starts slurpin it down. Next time I’m honestly gonna offer her the bottle of white mocha😂

This lady that comes in always gets a grande iced matcha latte with 15 scoops of matcha and asks me to put the “goop” in a separate cup. She says that’s her favorite part. Truly gag worthy.

A strawberry or very berry refresher with one scoop of matcha. It probably didn’t taste awful but it looked like dirty sink gunk and made me gag a little looking at it.
