Nope. Pay is set by corporate, your manager doesn’t have the ability to change your pay or give you a raise once you’ve been hired, except by promoting you.

There’s nothing your manager can do about your pay. Try contacting corporate but good luck... you could stay there for 6 months and try be promoted to a supervisor
