THANK YOU for doing the espresso machiatto! So many people at my store don't know how to do one properly and one of my shifts started straight up arguing with a customer about it, saying that it's supposed to have foam **and** a little milk. 🙄 No.

I just stood behind the shift and gave the customer my best "I'm sorry" look I could.

I wish I could teach the green beans at my store how to live and breathe the last two pages. You unfortunately can’t teach people to care.

I love the idea of this!!

I just believe that Latte Machiatto is made with Whole Milk; Hot Chocolates gets mocha drizzle; and Starbucks’ iced cappuccinos! It’s not common because it’s nonexistent in the coffee world, but most partners don’t know how to make it. It’s espresso over ice with a splash of 2% milk and foam—different from the hot cappuccino. Also: espresso con panna, double shot on ice, and etc. for other Starbucks’ signature drinks. And as for drink ratios, most people forget about caramel machiattos and blonde espresso drinks getting 1 less pump.

I really like this! Definitely gonna make my own version for my future green beans.

Side note- Isn’t the Latte Macchiato made with whole milk?
