My store is the exact same way. I started almost an entire year ago in April (wow, already?!) And up until December a lot of my coworkers still did the whole passive aggressive exclusion thing. I wish I could say it gets easier but it doesn't. They only start being nice when they feel you've "earned" or "proven" yourself. It sucks and I'm sorry you have to go through this :(
