Do the ice first, pull the shots over top. Light skin milk and maybe a bit more ice if needed, cold foam.

Ice to the venti line, espresso over the top, non fat milk to the indent above the venti line, then top that bad boy with some cold foam and a nitro (sippy) lid!

We do it differently. But I work in an Irish store. We use slim milk, pour to 150 on the vitamix then blend at 4 to make the foam. Ice to the second black line. Foam to about an inch below the top the slowly pour your espresso shots last. That's how you get the graduation of colour. But I think it might just be done different in Ireland.
