I think most everyone recieved or will receive the powder. I work for a Target Starbucks and it just came in on our truck today. Idk what is but I think its an ingredient for the Frappuccinos and itll make them blue lol just a guess though

Its for drinks like the Cloud Carmel Macchiato. It's to make the milk fluffier like the Cold Foam. Launches March 2nd and should be arriving next week auto ship. I finally found the information today. 😃
