Ive worked for Starbucks for few years and I feel like in every store theres always that one partner...that causes so much drama...and theyre so toxic...but it doesnt needa be like this? You literally hurt every person that you come into contact with nd then turn it around to make yourself the victim nd make it seem like everyone is against you.why are you like this???? y u here???

I gets it...it just sucks cuz when ur the one that actually cares about people, they all come to you with these hurt feelings nd now ur on top of someone’s shitlist when all you wanted to do was spread positivity to the peeps around ya

Yeah man. I have plenty of those toxic people at my store. The thing about that is you gotta go to someone about this. Now I’m not sure if its like a personal thing or, the whole store can really tell that that person is becoming a big problem and effecting everyone in the store. You gotta let your manager know. And then let your DM, know. And if it comes down to it. HR. Now I understand it’s really hard to get fired from Starbucks.. like you would have to do something so severely fucked up in order to get straight up fired.. but at least let them know that there are repercussions for bad actions. Yknow? It may not do much but it’s something

Worked for Starbucks from 2013-2016, and transferred stores 4 times between then. Each store was pretty much more toxic than the last, and it just got to the point where I felt like I had to quit for my own mental well-being. Probably ended up being the smartest thing I’ve ever done. No job is worth stressing over or developing anxiety issues over.

I worked at Barnes and Noble before and it was amazing! I lasted on Starbucks only for a month before I was pulling my hair out working with a bunch of jerks
