Seeking advice (self.starbucksbaristas)

This is my first time posting on here so please do forgive any errors. I need some advice, I recently transferred to a store that has a great many issues. They don’t date anything correctly and standards are rarely enforced. Ive tried to talk to the SM to no avail. Would really appreciate any advice. Side note I am a shift.

honestly, some managers are just shitty. i would feel out the situation for a little longer and if things keep being that bad, talk to your DM.

The DM has yet to come in and I have been there a month, also his card isn’t in the back where it should be.

their information should be on the hub somewhere if you search for your store number and info.

Since you know the standards just continue doing them and hopefully they'll catch on and do the same. Eventually someone hopefully managment will start to care.
