I'm assuming he leaves a gift behind instead of flushing it. Sounds to me like it's time to take that mess to the lab. I don't know what lab but THE LAB, you know the one that they have on all the CSI shows that links the bad guy to the crime with a toothpick and fingernail clipping that he left behind.

Had a situation like this at my store... except the guy was masturbating in public.... in the corner of the cafe. Eventually caught him in the act and called the police.
