Question: I quit, with 16 unused sick hours. Should I be paid for them? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m not positive, but I think they have to pay out your vacation time but not sick time. As for your tips, if you have anyone you still like there, have them let you know when your manager/whoever you left because of isn’t there so you can stop in and pick them up.

Agreed! And generally speaking you can use them within 2 weeks of your last date.

If you dont want to speak to your manager because you left on bad terms, try calling Corporate to speak to an HR representative and they should def be able to help!
