Could I get some feedback on what some shift schedules typically look like? Are you mainly openers, closers, both? How are you handling doing both?

For my store (open 5am-midnight) open shifts are 4:30am-1pm or 4:30am-9am mid shift from 8am-4:30pm and close is 4pm-12:30am. We never have "clopens" and you shouldnt be scheduled without more than 8 hours in between your shifts.

I'm an opener and I'll be honest getting up at 3:30am on a regular is unnatural lol. On the other hand i do have the rest of my day to do whatever.
