142xxxx here. I'm hearing rumors at my store that with the new scheduling system/program that SMs are switching over to soon, they are changing the policy where the SM can now schedule you during a time where you are unavailable. My SM is having all of us resubmit our availability forms, and have told multiple people this.
Have any of you heard anything similar? My manager is a really crappy individual, so I could see her trying to pull this. If it's her policy and not the company's, I'm telling my partners to contact PCC if it happens to them and to not come in for their shift if she schedules outside their availability. I know I won't take that crap. But if it's a company thing, I guess I'm leaving cause they don't own my time.
Any credence to this?
