My society anxiety is such that I would sooner have no coffee than order that, out loud, from another human being. I can't imagine myself doing it. I'd get to '5 -' and then die

A few customers have admitted that they just hit random buttons on the mobile app and add all kinds of modifications when they don’t even know what they are. ex: cold foam on a hot drink... like?????

THIS! We have customers who don’t know what Frappuccinos are, order them seeing the picture of a fucking blended ice drink and still get made because “this should be hot because they wanted it hot”. Like how tha fuck Susan?!?

Blows my mind that people even result to this. The amount of sugar in this is probably outrageous, most likely in the 150-200 grams mark. I will never be able to compromise on something like this with anyone, ever.

I subtly (or not so subtly) shame people when they order drinks like this by calling out the entire order and not looking up from the cup to hand it out until I’m finished. (Our store is cafe only and downtown so it is filled with people most times of the day, and it always makes the rest of the customers subtly shame them too.)

Probably the sheer amount of Syrup 😂 when you add multiple pumps,it can add up. I have had cups fill up at least 4 Oz just from syrup!

Yeah so has everyone. But then you’re not measuring the milk and stuff for the frap right. If it’s blended, I’m giving them enough to fill the cup and no more, especially if they’re rude.

How do you not become utterly humiliated by ordering something like that? I would be mortified to request such a thing, yet some folks do this regularly and most of them don't see any problem with it. Just a whole other mindset that I cannot wrap my head around.
