why do people feel the need to (a bit sassily, might i add) inform me that they have more drinks when i hand them their first one? do you expect me to have them all done at the same time why do you think i don't know that? it irritates the absolute fuck out of me bc of their tone

And when they also tell you they’re still waiting for food 🤦🏻‍♀️. Like ok Karen, do you see an oven in front of me???

oh fuck people who lean over the counter after they’ve ordered and ask “is that one mine.” Like maybe, idk I’m just on bar.

Or when I’ve called out the drink and now I’m making a different one and someone comes up and leans over and says “is this mine?” Well did you order the extra hot vanilla latte or not? Like did I take your order? How do you expect me to know your name just by looking at you?

I HAAAAAATE THIS
Like there’s no reason for people to do this but they still do

Or when you hand off a drink and tell someone to have a great day and they get snotty about how they don’t have all their drinks yet.

Sorry Karen, does the fact that you have 3 more drinks make “have a nice day” any less true? Sorry for being polite.

I hate this too. Usually I’ll just go “yep” and turn back to what I was doing. Lol

Lol I hate when I forget to say, “We’re just waiting on *item here*.” And then they’re all like, “Oh Ook!!” Like I know what you were about to say
