1 bag = 1/2 batch in brewer. Divide into 2 2L pitchers and add ice to 2L line... this is about 2.5 venti scoops. If using a Curtis tank, or really if you're using any other container than the 2L pitchers, use 5 venti scoops of ice.

Honestly same, i came from a very busy store and made it a certain way every time, transferred and had baristas tell me incorrect scoops of ice for months.
