The cloud powder is an egg white powder which is why it can make almost any milk fluffy and whipped like cold foam. All ingredient get added to the blender, milk, powder, and syrup.

It's similar, but the cloud powder is like murangue. Honestly, I think it's too sweet.
You make the cloud foam in the blender (cold foam style with lemonish syrup) cue shots, pour the foam, add ice, top with shots, then add toppings (caramel, cinnamon powder)

You could probably use some vanilla bean powder in the foam for similar flavor.

The cloud macchiato is gross.
The process for it is 2% milk in the cold foam blender. Cloud powder goes in it equal to Frappuccino powder scoops. This is where people disagreed in my store but the consensus was that: along with the milk and the powder goes the syrup either vanilla or the cinnamon lemon whatever. So powder, milk, and syrup on the dry foam setting. While that is mixing put ice in the cup then the foam and then the shots.
I hate this drink. I hate that people are ordering this and wasting their money, but I stopped trying to tell people not to order it.
