idk about you guys but my milk doesn’t always foam up how it should, i add the perfect amount of syrup and cloud powder and it comes out kinda liquidy, more like steamed almond milk and nothing like dry microfoam. the secret is using cold milk, it has to come out of the back of the fridge/has to have had been in the fridge for 20+ minutes uninterruptedly. your foam will come out like an advertisement with ariana grande slapped all over it.

Also be sure to dump out remains of water from washing it previously. Trust me it makes a difference lol

Not to put to fine a point one it, but isn’t the milk supposed to be in the fridge anyway?

yes very much so, but if your store is anything like mine it’s extremely busy all day and most milks either stay on the counter for extended periods of time or go in and out of the fridge every five seconds

Just barred through happy hour, milk doesn't have to be from back of fridge but I definitely kept a 2% in CBS fridge today and it worked well. If it's busy, have two open and swap them every couple minutes.
