My interview today for barista (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I had my first interview today to be a barista at my local Starbucks, and I feel like it went pretty well.
I was first offered a drink, which was nice, then I met 2 of the workers, and then I finally got to the interview with the manager. It lasted about half an hour, and at the end, she seemed happy, and told me that she’d call me about a 2nd interview with a different manager.
One question: is it bad when you’re given a 2nd interview? I’ve seen some people on this sub who get hired on the spot, and others who also had to go through a 2nd interview.
EDIT: Got a call back, and was offered a job! 😁

The second interview I think is basically what we call first impressions. You just have another coffee tasting and do all the paperwork to get started

It just depends, but this is good news. I was so nervous for my 2nd interview, but they told me I was basically hired after the 1st, but it was a formality that our DM required.
