Ok, I’ll try to keep it somewhat short, but I can totally relate, I’ve been in a very similar situation, you should report it, and there’s two avenues to doing so. The first would be to email or call your District Manager, the second is reporting to corporate. I would recommend starting with your DM, then escalating to corporate if that doesn’t solve it.
In my experience this resolved the issue without having to call the partner resource line. But if you’ve got a crappy manager and a crappy DM, it might need to go further.
One thing to note, make sure you write down the days it happens and specific times. Start a note on your phone and record what happened when you get a break or after your shift. Don’t just trust your memory, have specifics recorded when the details are fresh.
I can go into more specifics about my personal experience if you want, but I’ve been on both sides. I’ve felt personally attacked by a shift before and had to get that resolved. As well as having a partner contact our DM about me. Both instances ended up getting resolved in a professional manner with no backlash. So I definitely recommend starting there.
