I know that when you buy whipped cream at the store it is charged with NO2 but another barista called them CO2 cartridges. I asked an a manager said its CO2 as well. Do you guys know?

I'm pretty sure if that were the case then the whips would be more than double charged and break the canisters.

Spelling is correct don’t know for 100% but the isi chargers I use at home have N2O in them
