Call back! It never hurts.
I think that in terms of the interview, you should definitely look into the Starbucks website and its mission statement, their plans in terms of environmental awareness, as well as what you bring to the team. Also, it definitely wouldn’t hurt to talk about how Starbucks may have impacted your life before applying! I know that when I was in high school I loved going to Starbucks with my friends, and the sense of community that it brought me was what I talked about during my interview!

Same! I spoke about how much I love the environment at the store I applied to. How they uplifted my mood and made the store feel like a safe place. I also spoke on how much I love making the world a better place, one smile at a time.
