I will tell you the same thing I tell all my people...its just coffee and pastries. Dont get too stressed out. Enjoy what you do. And make it more about the customer. The product will take care of itself. This is the most fun job I've ever had and it wouldn't be nearly as fun if people were getting all stressed about things that don't matter in the grand scheme of things.
