a lot of stores are switching from partner hub to teamworks when it comes to scheduling
just google starbucks teamworks and sign in normally and it should automatically pop up

Short answer: if your district just switched, schedules are not showing yet bc the system requires 3 weeks of schedules to start showing in the app.

My store just switched to the Teamworks thing..I signed up and agreed to everything yada yada but it isn’t showing me any information 😣

Teamworks is the new labor system. The idea is that partners can now access their schedules, request time off, switch shifts, and update availability right on their phone (either through the app or on the website). It’s super user friendly for partners. There should’ve been a training you went through. However, in our district, we just switched last week and managers went through training but our partners haven’t yet bc the app isn’t yet available. Schedules are being made in TW, but are not yet visible in the app... that comes next week or the week after, and then partners will be able to see schedules for the current week and the following two after.
