This is tough. I’m so sorry. However, concentrate on celebrating the life of this partner rather than mourning the loss. To customers asking, “sadly, he has passed away. In his honor, though, would you like to share a happy memory?” And keep a large jar filled with these memories. Wouldn’t that be lovely to present to his (or her) family?
