Omg!! I just started working at Starbucks (been there like a week now) and I was wondering why my knuckles suddenly got so dry!!! They burn and I couldn’t figure out why! This makes so much sense!!

Not just sanitizer (the sanitizer doesn’t bother me personally), but it’s how many times you’re washing your hands at work! Hot water dries your skin out
Try using O’Keeffe’s Working Hands hand cream it’s what me and some of the other girls I work with use it works really well

Oh yeah wow. Also I tend to get coffee grinds on my arm, it sticks cause I’m usually sweaty 😒
Isn’t it awful that finding the time to wash them is difficult even though we’re working with foodstuff? Like I feel like my manager would grill me if I disappear for more than 30 seconds (literally) to properly wash and then if I wanna dry I’m really asking for it
