Go to he store you want to transfer to and ask if they have availability for you to transfer. Then go and print out a transfer request, and give it to your manager, he has to approve the transfer, and in three weeks you’ll be in your new store. BUT!! Before you do this, I’d suggest sitting down with your SM and talk to them about how you feel.

If there’s one thing I learned from being an ASM, it’s that most managers will sit down with their baristas If asked to and are open to discussion. New managers have a lot of stuff going on and they may not be aware of giving blame or being rude. And if this is a brand new store as well, they will have more stress going on...

So my best advice would be, talk to your SM. Tell them how you feel and try to meet with them, if that doesn’t work out, bring up your transfer request form and move on :)
