Okay, so every day this lady comes thru our drive-thru and orders a venti iced white mocha with 2 extra shots with extra extra caramel drizzle and my favorite part 5 ice cubes And a tomato mozzarella panini. So what she does is pull up to the drive-thru and will rush thru her order then be rude to whoever is helping her out at the window if we don't go fast enough for her. And we will make her drink right and get her food in like 2min or less then she will proceed to tell you that you were taking such a long time that it's made her late to work at 3 pm. I work at a store in a very small town and the only other Starbucks is in a grocery store and like clockwork she will call our store 30min after her order and proceeds to tell our shift that we were rude to her and we made her wait on purpose and it got the point where we as baristas would call our shift to take her order and make her drinks so she wouldn't call the store and lie to our shift. Even after a couple of times, she would call our store manager just to tell him that his shift lead that was helping her that day was extremely rude. I seriously hate this lady otherwise the things I deal with my regular assholes are nothing compared to this lady.

P.S I would put 7 ice cubes in her drink to spite her sometimes
