It was actually a fellow partner that encouraged me to keep using our pitchers. He works at the Roastry now and when I was having a hard time he went back to practicing with our pitchers to show it can be done once you get the hang of it so I kept at it

Nope just a helluva lot of practice with our steaming pitchers.
I post over there too usually, but last time I did, a fellow partner noticed the mugs so I thought I would post one here for a change!
