delusional hours (self.starbucksbaristas)

here are a handful of things that my coworkers and i have said or done during the hours in which we're exhausted or stressed:

\- "c\*ck pop" when attempting to say "chocolate cake pop" during handoff

\- "finach speta wrap"

\- put the cup for a frappucino in the fridge instead of the milk while blending & then unable to find the cup to put the drink in

\- "papple tea" when repeating back an order for a passion tea with apple juice

\- day-dot EVERY pastry from the pull wrong (used stickers from that day instead of one or two days from then)

\- not remembering if we already added x, y, z to the drink & having to restart the whole thing while the customer watches us from the handoff bar

there are plenty more as you all know but these are the first that come to mind! reply with some of the delusional things you or a coworker have said or done!

I've called out a "Carmel Crappuccino" one time. It was a long day

One of my partner handed a customer his drink at DT and said “here’s your hot c*ck”
It was a hot chocolate 😂

We have a clover machine and I have put whole beans in it instead of grounds 🙄.
