You need to transfer. That isn’t okay. At all. My boss sucks at the schedule but hasn’t ever gone outside our availability. My DM worked her way up so she always answers but no. You shouldn’t even have to explain what else you have going on none of their business. You obviously have stuff you have to do before work. You need to call corporate report it and leave

Thanks. I called partner resources but they said that in the partner guide the manager has the “right” to schedule me outside of my availability

I would spam call your DM. If the DM refuses to contact you, go above their head and get your regional’s number. That should get some heads to roll

I can’t believe partner resources said that you can be scheduled outside of your availability... the point of it is to let them know when you can work :/ I would call anonymous line and report it. It makes no sense, if you were in school until 3pm and got scheduled at 1pm everyday would they expect you to skip school??

Seriously or you really should just leave girl. I have worked at so many Starbucks they are all the same and it’s a revolving door you meet so many new people and keep so many friends!
