Question about hiring process (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi! I don't know if this is the propper page for this but I'll post it and if it's not welcome I'll delete it upon request. I had an interview today at Starbucks for the barista position and from what I saw, the employer liked me. He told me to come back in two days for orientation and to fill some info online for background check, but didn't really say if I had the job. So, given that I pass the bg check, am I hired? Or do they decide after orientation? Thank you in advance

Long as you pass the background check, you’re in! Pay attention and give it your all in barista training! Being a partner is harder than you might think but once you get the swing of things, it’s second nature!

Congrats you've got it! Be aware that training is hard af and you're going to mess up a ton, but don't be discouraged! 💕
