She’s right - iced coffee and cold brew get full (hot bar) pumps. The half pumps are for fraps and teas since the LCS is half pumps too

Simple syrup and or classic syrup should never have a CBS pump so if you want 4 pumps of it you get 4 pumps of it.

I guess my question is should the barista compensate for the sake of the recipe. Like two pumps of classic with a full pump on it instead of four full pumps since it’s a cold bar beverage and LCS is a half pump drink

No because the customer asked for 4 pumps of say SFV or 4 pumps of HAZELNUT in their black iced tea. You give them 4 not 2 because you want to compensate. Just do what the sticker says and everyone wins... if the customer says to sweet then say ok we can do half the pumps. But always err on the side of the sticker!

Okay this is what I thought, but I have a barista that is not taking my word for it. Do you know where I can find this in writing?

There should be something that explains liquid cane always gets a cbs pump (as I we only distribute it as half regular pump) and then fraps get cbs pumps as well.
It should be on the recipe card for an iced coffee 4 classic and it won’t indicate cbs pumps

Hot bar for classic

Yeah if they sub classic for LCS I’m sure the default in POS would still say four pumps
