So I worked a morning shift today, (Happy Easter to me), and it went pretty good I must admit. I got a lot of bar practice today (I'm a 3 month old partner) and I then later i got put on dtr. Like I said, customer's weren't too bad, day was going pretty fast........until.....

An older lady pulls up to the window in a pick-up truck, she ordered an iced green tea latte but in her personal cup (the reusable iced coffee cups with a flat top and straw that are like $3).

Well, she asks me if I can not only pour the drink into her personal cup, but if I can also put her straw and lid on for her so she doesn't spill it in her vehicle. Before I can even tell the women that touching customers straws is a health code violation she shoves it into my hands and her straw drops onto the pavement. She quickly yells "For fucks sakes", so I offer to grab her a brand new straw on me (I believe theyre only $1), and she complains but finally agrees. So I go to grab her one, explain that I cannot put her lid and straw on for her and why, and boy did things heat up from there. She then starts telling me that I am a 'fucking idiot', getting out of her car to grab the straw on the ground and throw it, and as I go to apologize and tell her to have a good day, she continues to shout at my entire team about how stupid we are as she attempts to then drive away. That was fun.

The best part was the car after her saw how angry she got and drove up to the window laughing and asked me how on earth did I piss her off so much and we all just laughed, they were nice people.

Yeah so that was my Easter at the bux.
