Yes they have 8 hours for admin. My manager takes one whole day that she sits in the back and does all her stuff. And has a full staff on the floor when she is gone. I have seen other managers from working so long taking like 2 hours everyday after their shift and making it thru out the week, it’s just how they wanna manage their time :)

Most do have that scheduled in, but most SMs actually use it to do admin stuff that they can’t do because they’re needed on the floor during peak hours.

Unless your SM is going somewhere else to do the admin on their MacBook because they aren’t able to focus in the store.
