I've followed the starbucks website to the point of neededing to sign in/up to the candidate registration system. I created a new account and then came to the point of needing to sign in again to acctually start an application. The problem is that when I tried to sign in, the site told me I got the password wrong and that my account was locked b/c I had already tried 5 times and had gotten it wrong (I didn't). So I wait the 5 mins and go to "forgot password" just in case, but when I gothere it tells me the account is locked. When I go to "forgot username" it says it'll send me an email, but I never get the email. Has anyone ever had these kinds of problems trying to apply for a job through their website?
