I have an interview this week for Starbucks and wonder if there’s anything I should know/bring/expect. Will it make any difference that I’m trans? I’ve only ever had one interview before at an unrelated location so I’m pretty nervous.

Can confirm, I am trans and get lots of support; Starbucks will also help with transitioning as well :) I hope you nail the interview

From how it went I think I did. I’m already on T, I just want a trans friendly place. Right now I think it’s just waiting for the background check to finish up.

Yay glad it’s going good

Being trans won’t affect it at all, bring a copy of your resume just in case, and bring two forms of ID. The interviews are really chill, (at least the one I had) you’ll do great just be confident

Okay. Thanks.

Bring at least 2 forms of ID (driver's license, birth certficate, passport, etc.) Being trans shouldn't be an issue, but useful information: they can put a preferred name in the system if your legal name hasn't been changed yet, that name will show up anytime you use your login for anything. Also assuming you want the job for the coverage and trans benefits, just make sure you can work at least 20 hours a week so you can qualify for benefits.

I don’t need the insurance, I just want a trans friend job. Thanks.
