Apparently a drink went viral on TikTok, not even secret menu, that is only slightly annoying. We’ve had two girls order it today. Strawberry açaí with “3 extra scoops” of the strawberries, and “3 scoops of berries” (blackberries), blended. It’s actually decent tasing but really sweet. And at least they know how to order it, not just some random name!

I honestly hate having to make them lol. I personally don't think it tastes good? But I also don't like chunks in my drinks (berries, java chips etc)

Her grandfather was there and he had a heavy accent so I just said “a drink for kids?” And he said yes yes. I dont like saying “huh? What?” To people who’s first language isn’t English :-(

Our store has been hit with this so many times 🙄 and they complain about it being wrong too. Like it’s pretty hard to make an iced beverage blended perfectly when it isn’t created to be that way 😤

I had a girl tell her mom to order it on drive today. I was like ??? Girl idk what the fuck you're talking about.
Then she was like oh but its from YOUR secret menu. I replied "we actually don't have one. All those drinks are made up by people then posted online. If you don't bring the recipe, I can't make it " :)
