For remembering drinks, there are flash cards in your store. You can ask your manager if you can take them home with you to memorize, if not though, Quizlet also has most -if not all- of the recipes. Hopes this helps a bit.

Having watched as many new partners as I have more people struggle with remembering *how much* syrup or how many shots go in the drinks. What goes into what is pretty self explanatory, except for the LTOs (limited time offers.) The tea shakers have it written on them how to make each tea. Frap base pumps tell you how much base (and consequentially the amount of syrup or inclusion that goes in them.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. If someone gives you shit for it, go straight to your SS or if it was your SS giving you shit go to your SM.
