Yes but we were trash talking a customer for being rude and didn't realize she was still in the store. She called corporate who called the store manager who spoke to us individually. She said, never discuss rude customers on the floor. Always go to the back room where they can't hear you. 😂

Yeah. This one lady tried to come in from a different store after ordering a venti iced caramel macchiato saying she was a gold member and got a refill for free. We explained, not that’s only with iced coffee/tea, etc. not for refilled espresso drinks. We asked her if she wanted what we actually offered (iced coffee, tea, etc) and she literally SCREAMED “no! I’m calling corporate”. She sat there and called them, and the look on her face when I’m sure someone explained that that was not the policy was priceless. But of course they gave her 150 free stars and she made sure to yell that back at us as she stormed out.
Just another day at the bux.

Had a customer call corporate in front of all of us just to complain how she didn’t get color changing cups and how she saw two of our baristas walking out with them.... this lady has not been the most pleasant at our store 😓
